If you have a Business Professional website with us, all of your messages will be delivered to your email.

If you have a Premium Deluxe or Elite/eCommerce website with us, your messages will be forwarded to your email but you can also login into your site's dashboard to read and reply to messages. You can customize your inbox and reply directly from it. Depending on which package you have, you can start a new conversation with a client, chat, view forms submissions and set up automated tasks.

When you login into your portal, simply click on the dashboard and then scroll down on the left side of the navigation panel to the Communications section. Click Inbox and follow any prompts.
